Open Mics - Jams in the Ottawa Valley
There were so many different Open Mics, Jams, events and other entertainment in the Ottawa Valley Region before Covid19. Some venues have closed permanently or sold their businesses. Some venues are new like George's Bar & Grill in Munster that have started a new Jam on Sundays. Please contact us to let us know of other Open Mics - Jams or events that are still going or update us on their status.
We will update this calendar and list of Open Mics, Jams and other entertainment in the Ottawa Valley Region with your help. More venues will be opening over the next few weeks and months. Any information you have to share will be greatly appreciated.
Please ensure you confirm dates and timings on holidays and long weekends with the venue before going.

We will look forward to seeing you out!!! The sign up sheet is usually full and we're onto a waitlist shortly after 5:30pm, so I would advise folks to arrive early to secure a spot. The open mic is for performing artists, including (but not limited to) the following: musicians, comedians, poets, and story tellers. Beginners, Pros, and everyone-in-between! For curtesy, please wait until the previous performer or host(s) have completely left the stage before stepping up.

Host: Adam Hamelin Ages: All ages and levels of musicians are welcome to attend and perform. Performance Level: Beginner to Professional. You can perform solo or with the House Band. Normally you will be permitted 3-5 songs at this venue depending on attendance. This is the first year for this new Restaurant and Jam. House Band: The House Band is typically one drummer, one bass, one lead guitar player, rhythm guitar player, sometimes a pedal steel, piano player, horn or accordion. Cost: FREE Microphones: Bring your own is preferred but Mics are available.
